HI, I’M ELL…
I’m a full-time blogger, mahhhousive animal lover, and Cat Mom to our totally purrfect Maine Coon, Cody. See, I’ve always grown up with cats (being blessed with the most amazing family cat, Smudge, for 19 years!)
When it then came to getting our own cat (as the start of our little family!), I wanted to make sure that I would totally boss Cat-Parenthood. So I started swatting up – researching, planning, preparing, to make sure I had all the know-how on all things CATS!
Discovering a real passion & interest in our furry, feline friends, I decided I wanted to create a hub of real, down-to-earth cat talk, with personal recommendations and expert knowledge for cat lovers and cat owners… And so, Totally Purrfect was formed!
WHAT TO EXPECT…
Here at Totally Purrfect, the goal is pure: Pet Parenting MASTERY.
After all, having a cat is a forever thing and you want to fill their life with as much love and joy as possible… whilst cutting out those bad habits that drive you crazy in the process!

Nauman is a (DVM) MPhil qualified Licensed Veterinary Doctor and a practicing vet, with previous experience writing for the International Veterinary Journal. As a Medical Board Expert for Pet Food Safety, he provides us with the professional knowledge in the areas of health, nutrition and wellbeing.
Meet Jane
Jane is a life-long cat lover, Researcher and Animal Behaviour Specialist; with a HNC in Animal Welfare & Management, and years of studies specifically into… you guessed it… CATS! She specialises in the areas of cat breeds and cat behaviour. Because if there’s anyone who knows and understands cats – it’s Jane!

I’m Ell, the Creator of Totally Purrfect. I specialise in cat care, cat enrichment and cat training; also offering first-hand recommendations, based on products and approaches, tried-and-tested with our Maine Coon cat, Cody. This leads me onto our final introduction & the inspiration behind this blog…
MEET CODY…
Born on 3rd June 2022, Cody is our Pedigree Maine Coon, whom we brought home at 12 weeks old. His Cat-Dad is a huge solid Russian Blue and his Cat-Mum is a Tabby Maine Coon, which is why he’s such a handsome little fella!
He’s funny, insanely inquisitive, a bundle of energy, an absolute pro-hunter (already!), yet so full of love & affection at the same time. He is the definition of “totally purrfect”, to us anyway, but we just know you’ll fall in love with him too!
WHAT TO DO NEXT…
Right now, our blog is still fairly new, which makes you one of the early adopters! But don’t let that put you off!
